Cory was again the reason I continue to bring my vehicles for repair to Rancho. His professionalism and communication is unmatched in his field. Prompt repair and another happy customer!

Corey in service is very friendly and very helpful; he understands customer service. The sales staff is also very friendly. The support staff, however, including cashier, finance, parts, are consistently unfriendly, unhelpful, and don't seem to care about customer service. They also repeatedly say things like "well, we tend to sell mostly Subaru, so we don't usually deal with GM services..." when asked about GM products or services. Let me offer some advice - if you are going to sell GM products, including Buick and Cadillac, you should train your staff in how their system works. Otherwise, you should just sell Subaru. Thanks to Corey for always being helpful and friendly.
